Even the darkest days are temporary

Sometimes when we are dealing with issues of our past, it is easy to get consumed by dark feelings. Sometimes we feel depressed, guilt, shame, regret, or more. It is good to let ourselves feel these emotions so that we can process them and learn from them. It is also good to remember that these feelings are temporary when we truly allow ourselves to heal. We don’t have to remain stuck in them. There is a time for sadness and a time for joy. Joy is always the goal. Don’t be so consumed by your pain that you forget to look for your happiness. The whole point of acknowledging the dark is to eventually find the light. Don’t let your past or negativity from people control the rest of your life. Don’t waste your miracle on your pain. You deserve to be happy.

”Weeping may last through the night,
but joy comes with the morning.”

Psalm 30:5
